Analytics & Measurement Systems
Across roles and consulting work, I’ve built analytics systems that help nonprofit teams understand what’s working, make informed decisions, and reduce the burden of manual reporting. For 7+ years I have designed analytics systems that support strategy, not just reporting—bridging data, content, and organizational decision-making.
Approach
My analytics work focuses on usability and clarity. I prioritize data that supports decision-making over vanity metrics, and building systems that teams can actually maintain over time.
GA4 implementation & event strategy
Implemented GA4 across multiple digital properties, defining key events aligned with organizational goals and ensuring privacy-aware configuration.
Executive dashboards & reporting
Built Looker Studio dashboards independently and in collaboration with external vendors to develop automated reporting and provide leadership with clear, consistent visibility into digital performance. I also created annual, quarterly, and monthly analytics reports – adjusting my approach based on the current goals and priorities of the organization’s content strategy.
Campaign performance & optimization
Monitored and analyzed campaign performance in real time to inform messaging and distribution decisions, supporting higher conversion and engagement rates.
Beyond dashboards and charts
Metrics and dashboards are only useful if they inform real decisions. In my reporting, I paired quantitative performance data with qualitative context —highlighting relevant current events, sector trends, and organizational priorities that could influence content strategy.
I also focused on clear, visually engaging presentation, knowing that reports only have impact if people actually read and use them. The goal wasn’t just to track numbers, but to help the team understand what was happening, why it mattered, and what to do next.
